Security and pass
I click on my security and passwords on I cloud settings and it has a saved pass to some website I don't remember downloading could my phone be being hacked

It is not likely your phone was hacked. It would be very difficult for anyone to gain access to your iPhone, and even more difficult to access your Keychain to add unrecognized website passwords. These support articles from support.apple.com may come in handy:
