iphone showing ineligible/greyed out synced music

My new iPhone 8 (which I just got and started up with a backup from my old 6s) is showing about 12 songs that are greyed out when I am syncing my phone in iTunes. They are all listed as icloud ineligible which ARE actually stored in the cloud and I don't want to sync these particular songs to my phone anymore but there seems to be no way to delete them from this screen? Not sure what it means but as it's migrated with the backup restore.....

Any ideas? Looks like this. iCLoud Music LIbrary is on so it's not being sync'd manually.
