Loss of Text Notification after 11.2.6 update

Following recent IOs 11.2.6 update, Two iMessage Text contacts have lost Notification Sounds.

these are long standing contacts. All normal settings have been checked & show Selected Sounds.

All other Texts notify normally. ???

Notifications I don’t receive a vibrating notification nor an audio notification for one of my contacts. When I go to my text messages, there is a little 1/2 moon shape next to this contact. This is the only contact that I have this problem with.

Not receiving iMessage notification from one person Randomly a week ago I stopped receiving text notifications from one contact. I don’t get an alert, vibration, pop down, or even evidence they messaged until I open the conversation. They aren’t silenced or anything and I’ve even tried toggling it on and off. I’ve checked my notification settings and those aren’t causing it either. All other notifications work fine. I have hard reset and restored from a back up basically everything short of factory reset. What is happening?

Text notification All of a sudden I am not hearing a text notification on my iphone 6plus from the person who texts me the most. I can hear notications from other texts. I noticed that the blue dot by the text message in the text message list is not fully blue like othe texts received. All updates are current.
