Apple TV 4th gen only play sound with no picture on a new movie I bought

i bought a cartoon from iTunes today has picture and sound for about 3sec before the pict goes black and I only have sound

Disney Plus not working on Apple TV 4k I could not get Disney Plus working on my Apple TV 4k. When I click play on any title, there’s no video, but the sound is okay. It only showing black screen but I can clearly see the Disney Plus logo at top right corner. Other streaming service are working fine.

apple tv 4k screen turn black with sound Hello. When I select a movie on disney plus or netflix my screen turns black with sound for the beginning of the movie for about 10 seconds. Then it turns on correctly. I have a LG C9 tv going through a denon receiver. All my cables are compatible with 4k. Is this a setting or something that could be causing this for the delayed video?

If it’s just on that one purchase then it’s probably an issue with the content, contact iTunes
