I had a question for multitasking in iOS 11: can you have for example two Google docs documents opened side by side? Because you can have as many as you want on Mac OS. I don't ask to have 5 at once, but if we could have at least 2, would be good to work more efficiently (and even necessary for some things like translating a document).
No, iOS does not offer true multitasking like OS X or Windows does. You can only have one instance of an app open at a time. So unless the App itself offers multiple open documents (say in side by side tabs), you cannot do it.

Well iOS does offer to have 2 full fledged applications side by side simultaneously. But ok, not two of the same app…
Correct, it does not offer true windowed multitasking in the sense of a desktop OS.
I hope that'll change. Still hesitating to buy a Mac or an iPad…
