- What version of macOS are you currently using? You can find that in the Apple menu under "About this Mac"
- Also found in "About this Mac", what kind of MacBook is this? (Year of manufacture, MacBook Pro, Air, etc)
- Are there any other user accounts on this MacBook, and if so, is their App Store app working?
