Impossible to mount Bootcamp partition (Sierra) ! Help please !!

This is not a valid NTFS header. You have a 'lost' NTFS header in the gap between GPT4 and GPT5.

Can you use El Capitan has deleted my bootcamp windows partition as a reference, download and install Testdisk and start a Quick Search?

Please wait for the Search to complete. Do not use any values from anywhere else, otherwise you can cause more problems.

Disk Drill uses file headers, not the NTFS MFT. If you were able to recover your files, since the layout is non-standard, I suggest you use Time Machine to back up macOS, erase your whole internal disk, restore macOS, and re-install Windows and restore your Windows files. The current layout is not correct.

Your disk partioning is non-standard, and you seem have two EFI partitions of 200MB, while normal disks have one (disk0s1). Was any third-party tool used to manipulate partitions on this disk?

Can you post the output of

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

What is the current version of macOS (do not post the serial number of your Mac)?
