digital editions, missing cover image

Hi!
Trying to publish a pretty simple epub with body text, a sound clip and a cover page from iBooks Author 2.6 - works like a charm when viewing in iBooks and the soundclip even works in Adobe Digital editions on windows, but not the cover image. The epub file in Digital editions starts with first page of text instead.

Ideas?
