Folders keep moving around when trying to move an app into it

I'm a huge fan of organizing my iPhone/iPad apps into folders, but there's an annoying problem that sometimes happens when I try to move an app into the folder. Sometimes the folder keeps moving around whenever I drag the app over it, making it impossible to actually deposit the app into the folder. The only workaround I've found is to move the folder all the way to the right--on it's own separate screen--and then go back to the app and drag it all the way over to the folder. Once I get the app into the folder there, I have to then drag the folder back onto the screen that I wanted it to be on in the first place.

Please tell me there's a better way? This is annoying!

Thanks for this reply PRoustGiulio. I have no problems getting the apps to jiggle... They jiggle fine, and I can gently tap and move one around. The problem is that when I get it over the top of the folder that I want to drop it in, the folder moves out of the way as if to make room for the app to sit beside it. So it's not a pressure thing.
