I can no longer see apps in Tunes
I use my iMac to rearrange apps. They no longer show. Haven't for some time now. IOS updated on both machines. Has Apple turned against its users?

If you've updated to iTunes 12.7+ on the Mac you won't see apps in it, they are no longer part of iTunes : Changes in the new iTunes - Apple Support
If you want to be able to manage apps via your Mac you will either have to installed iTunes 12.6.3 (that was released for businesses who have to deploy apps, but it works for individuals as well : Deploy apps in a business environment with iTunes - Apple Support)or go back to a previous version, or you can use Apple Configurator 2 from the Mac App Store to re-arrange apps on your phone's home screens.
