KeyChains won't sync

Hi,

I have an iMac and macbook ( also iPhone and iPad ) and keychain is not syncing correctly

On iMac I have an ebay login password, on iPhone i can also find it but not on macbook

I did disable and delete keychain on all my device ( except iMac and apple watch that i guess does not have keychain )

I did disable and kept passwords of keychain on iMac

I did wait a couple of minutes and reenabled on my iMac, macbook and iphone

if i search for ebay i can find login detail on iMac and iPhone but not on macbook

I also found this Apple page that explains how to delete keychain from icloud

On your Mac with OS X Mavericks 10.9 and later:

1. Choose Apple () menu > System Preferences. Click iCloud, then click Account details.
2. Deselect Allow approving using security code.
3. Go to each of your devices that are using iCloud Keychain and turn off iCloud Keychain.

I can't find this option I guess an old thing that i can't see anymore in iCloud panel
