Port forwarding

When I try to Port forward on my Apple airport it seems to disrupt all other devices using it wirelessly or plugged. Is there a way to use Port forwarding and not disrupt other devices?

What does "Status: Double NAT" mean? I set up my Airport Express (2nd Gen) yesterday using my iPhone (running iOS 12.0). I have connected my MacBook Pro (running High Sierra) to it. I am able to access the internet on both devices, however the status light on my Airport is flashing amber. I opened my airport utility on my Mac and when I clicked on the device it said "Status: Double NAT." I'm not sure what this means, and honestly I'm not sure if it requires my attention since both my phone and computer are successfully connected to the internet (as far as I can tell). Does anyone know what this status means and how to fix it? Thanks

Airport Express Keeps switching Airport device it is connecting to. Hi, I have a 1st gen airport express which is meant to connect wirelessly to my 6th gen AirPort Extreme and then wirelessly to my airport time capsule. The issue I have is the airport express often switches from being connected from extreme to time capsule. I then reset it and usually within 24 hours it has done the same thing. I want to try keep it connected to the extreme as it is located closest. Thanks in advance for any help.
