Please fix OPTION 4 when being put on hold.
That is the option that stops the HORRIBLE HOLD MUSIC.
They torture prisoners with music like Apple uses for its hold music.
Starting 3 days ago Option 4 to have no hold music stopped working.
It is bad enough to have to deal with Apple care because, unlike Tim Cook's pet phrase, it JUST DOESN"T WORK
The terrible hold music adds a whole different level of pain
