Help! Coretypes.bundle corrupted.

Hi,

My CoreTypes.bundle folder is corrupted o my MacBook running Mac OS X 10.7. Is there any site where i can download just the CoreTypes.bundle folder from the internet and just replace the files? The problem I am having is my menu bar is blinking some icons, but some aren't there, and i know this is from the CoreTypes folder. If I am wrong about that please let me know how to fix my menu bar, but if not let me know where I can download the CoreTypes folder. Thanks!
