I’m not sure which one is applicable since you did not specify.

What I did was to hold my finger down on the little boxes in the lower right corner for a couple of seconds. You should see a pop up and the option to merge all tabs. Do that and it goes to one page and the split goes away.

It sounds like you mentioned that you are using Split Screen for Safari. In order to remove the Split Screen, you simply have to Exit out of All of the Tabs on the Split Screen, by clicking on the “x’s” on all of the Individual Tabs.

It’s hard for me to tell you how without knowing what your screen is split with. Is it two safari pages? Or two different apps?
