Iphone 5s won't send text messages

I've tried to reset the phone, delete conversation and contacts, but no luck.

Apple is still not yet supported officially in my country so I can't ask directly.

text message is a carrier feature, not Apples, so contact your phone carrier.

Hi Check your blocked numbers list

Delete numbers in your contacts list then add them back again.
