is there any way i can use my apple music on my new phone without having to wait 79 days to link to my apple ID on my new phone

i recently got a new iphone and i am suscribed to my apple music on my old phone but i backed up my phone and to my new one and now when i try to download a song it says this device cannot be transferred cause it was linked to my old phone and i have to wait 79 days ... but i removed the device from my old phone and it still isn't letting me download any music ... does anyone know how i can fix that or do i really have to wait 79 days????

You can only change the ID associated with the store every 90 days. Sounds to me like you set it up with one ID, then switched to another and want to switch again, or you purchased a used phone.

You will have to wait it out.
