Forwarding events from OS X calendar

Hi,

I have Hight Sierra 10.13.3 (17D47). When I'm try to forward events from my Calendar.app to other users, mostly users of MS Outlook - when they click on the *.ics file event is added not into their default, but into a new calendar. But this is not the worst issue, the worst issue is that it is added with incorrect timeframe, mostly with event start time equals event close time in my calendar. I had tried to open *.ics file with text editor and I can see that start time is incorrect there equals to DTSTART:20010101T000000.

Here is an example of *.ics content - anything could be done with that? Some of the fields were cleared. This event had to be started at 18:00 Moscow Time, but colleagues see it as 18:30
