How to set up Apple.com/Apple Tv 4 K

I need to setup my new APPLE TV 4K to Tv or monitor after I connect via MCDI.

Do I need Key board to connect ? In order to type?

How can I set this Apple TV 4K as home center?

Apple TV connects to a 4K Tv via HDMI. You can navigate and type using the remote as well as via the remote app for IOS or you can pair a Bluetooth keyboard.
