I factory reset my ipod touch (the newest gen) to make a new icloud account. it reset fine but then when I tried to make a new icloud on the device it said I needed to do it on a PC. No big deal-- I did that. But the problem arose when I tried to sign in to my new icloud account on my device. It said there was an error. I can't even sign into any of my old accounts.
Help, please. How can I resolve this?

Do you have access to another network where you can try to log in? That has worked for several people.
What has also worked for some is trying 10 + times in a row.
Try a restart.
Try a forced restart.
I have an HP, and I downloaded iTunes off the web for quite some time now. I can't log my apple id onto the thing. I still can't log into it on my ipod. The only place my apple id works is in the support forum.
