Mail Problem With AOL/verizon.net

I have an @verizon.net email address through AOL. I was having problems connecting so I deleted the account from Mail to start over. Now when I try to set up a new account in Mail it tells me that my user ID or password is not valid. I am confident that I have the correct user ID and password. This seems to be a 10.13.3 onset problem.

Thanks, it doesn't seem to be that kind of problem. I've been doing this a long time. I have multiple devices. No problems with my iOS devices. No problem with my PC. On my OS 10 devices that already have have AOL/verizon.net accounts the accounts are working fine. But, I am unable to add new AOL/verizon.net accounts to any of my OS 10 devices.
