Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I use iPhone X for almost 3 months, but the last 2 weeks my front camera was covered by dust quite bad. It's affecting the performance of Face ID and the quality of selfie photo. Is there way to fixed it or is there a chance to get 1:1 replacement?
Bought the unit in US in January, but I live in Indonesia, is there any Apple service center in Indonesia that can accept 1:1 replacement?

Apple iPhone warranty is NOT international. If there is an issue with the phone, you need to return it to the US (Not Apple directly as they will not accept shipment outside the country). If you have a friend in the US, send it to them or plan a trip to the US.
This is the chance you take when you purchase a phone not in the country you live. The cost savings you may have realized, can quickly evaporate if service is needed.

Thanks, I plan another trip to US in the next 2 weeks, I'll try my luck by walk in to one of the Apple store and get it service there. But obviously I wont be able to follow the usual Apple support process on the webpage, cause it will detect my location back to Indonesia 🙂
