icloud document & data not sync on mac

HI... my mac not sync with document & data. i already log in into my icloud account using safari but dont have setting for reset document & data.

Only this setting available

Even in system preference on mac dont have the setting.

Someone please help

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Icloud drive settings on Mac Mini Hi everybody.I've made a test by flagging the "documents and desktop" box in the icloud option section in system preferences.I un-flagged soon after, but every time I put on the Mac, in finder I see nothing in the documents file, meanwhile the MAC is uploading stuff to icloud, where I see all the content of the documents file. Is there a way to stop the process and recover al the files in the local memory? Sorry for my english. Thanks

iCloud Drive not syncing I Factory reset my Mac and then when coming back to it, I no longer can access any of my iCloud Drive files (desktop, documents). I still have access from my iPad or if I go online to icloud.com, I can see all the files still exist. But syncing all those files to my computer isn't working and I can't figure out why. I've tried logging out of iCloud on both my Mac and iPhone and when signing back in no files download to either. Hopefully someone can help.

iCloud Drive just Documents and Desktop not syncing. Because of a problem I had to reset my mac, after that I restored it with Time Machine. After that iCloud didn’t synchronised Documents and Desktop Folder but everything else I have in my cloud, like Numbers, Pages Files and so on. What I tried: Uncheck Cloud Drive Uncheck Document & Desktop Signing out of iCloud Creating new user account Reseting mac without backup but nothing helped. Any ideas? I have a 2020 MacBook Air (M1).
