Unable to install iOS 11 on my iPhone6 - via phone or iTunes

I'm receiving an error when trying to install iOS11 after downloading, tells me to retry or be reminded later (I've attempted it about 5 times over the last 2 days).

I haven't updated my iPhone6 software for a long time (current iOS 9.3.2) which is maybe the problem. I've cleared approx 10Gb space on the phone also.

After reading many troubleshooting comments I attempted to update the phone via iTunes however iTunes is stating that iOS 9.3.2 is the most up to date version available.

I'm ready to set the phone on fire.

To update using computer iTunes with iPhone connected and selected:

iTunes version must be version 12.7.x or later

Windows 7 or later

Mac OS X Yosemite or later

Thank you, I didn't even think about the version of Windows on the computer being too old. I will try and track down another computer to give iTunes another shot.
