keep bar down

I would like to know how do I stop the bar in my home page to stop moving to the middle part of my screen when I close out my app’s.

I have been closing down my tablet for it to go back to the bottom of my screen.

Home Screen movement my home and app screens will drop down about halfway every so often that obscures the bottom half of the screen. it seems random, but I have to believe it’s something that I’m doing. anyhow, I have to press the up-arrow at the top of the screen to get the full screen and see the bottom half again. what is this “feature”? how do I turn it off so it stops doing this? and what is it’s purpose…I’m clueless as to why anyone would want this to happen?!

How do I get rid of the slide over app. It keeps popping out when I don’t want it. All I can find in help is how to create a slide over app and move it off screen, and from side to side. But there is nothing about how to make it go away because it gets in the way all the time when you’re swiping right to left.

Closing apps on Ipad pro 11inch with protective cover swipe bar I cannot get enough access to swipe bar at bottom of screen to close apps, is there other options than just swiping up? I have found the button really nice now im lost
