So I went to look at an old photo of my truck. Long story short I had over 15k photos and I go to check again and it says I have 2300. I checked my iCloud and it says I still have 49gb of photos and videos. I just wanted to know how to get them back on my phone and I already checked recently deleted Nothing is in there.
iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 11.1.2
Make sure iCloud Photos are enabled on the device. Plug the device in and make sure it's connected to WiFi.
