Question: Why doesn’t my iCloud email address have a junk folder

I’m actually trying to help with my husband’s iCloud email address. His iCloud email doesn’t have a “junk” folder. I set it up on our shared iPad as well as on my iPhone, and it doesn’t have a junk folder at all? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! By the way, on the iPad this is the only email address on there. I took the screenshots from my iPhone, but there is no junk folder on it either place!

Thanks! Unfortunately that explains how to do it on a Mac, and I’m having the issue on my iPad and iPhone.. Do you know if there is a way to do it without a Mac? I also noticed that someone mentioned setting up rules for their mail, and I have no idea how to do this. Is this something you could help with? If not I’ll just ask it as a separate question. Thanks again for your comment!
