iPhone X both speakers doesnt work. No alarm, no music etc.

sometimes i have the problem that my earpiece doesnt work (watch that thread:

Only way to fix this is to restart the iPhone X. Many other people with that problem too...

But this morning my alarm doesnt work (again)! The reason was that BOTH speakers doesnt work. There was no sound (no music etc.). Only way to fix was again a reboot. I had that problem with my X before 4 times on iOS 11.2.5 and now also on 11.2.6. I set up the device as new and also i tried to restore it with iTunes (with both version). Didnt help... Problem cames back.

In 5 years iPhone 5 i didnt had that issues. Cant trust the iPhone anymore when the alarm in the morning doesnt work...

Think it is a software problem. With iOS 11.3 a fix in the pipeline??

I dont think it affects all iPhone X. I think it is a special combination of apps and bluetooth headset or so thats affects many other people too.

But thank you so far. Maybe i will try a restore or just waiting for iOS 11.3 final in this or the next week.

Btw. So far everything runs fine for 3 weeks or so. Maybe a app update (soundcloud, messenger or what ever).

They are rare but they are there (as we can see in this and many other threads).

Yes thanks i know it is up to me. I know the apple bug report site and the apple store in my city. Lets see what i will do. And yes i am still thinking that iOS 11.3 will fix many problems (not only new animojis) and maybe also my problem.

Yes i will follow the advice but i think that apple will have a look here (also on MacRumors an other large forums) to check whats going on in the community etc. Maybe i am wrong... : )

Has anyone heard anything from Apple about this? How can anew phone not work! I read on one of these forums that the beta 11.3 update didn’t work on the not hearing issue.

No one here is using a beta! We are only hoping it will fixed with iOS 11.3. But if the bug still is in the beta 6 of 11.3 it maybe a indicator that the bug not will be fixed in 11.3....

As you have already been told, wait for iOS 11.3 if you believe that to be a fix-all for your problems. You certainly made it sound that way. Given the huge number of apps in the App Store, the probability of multiple users having the same app combination are rare.
