Can I delete the activity app from my watch?

It clearly does not work and I am unable to rate it or give feedback about it. I should not be forced to allow an app to take up space that I do not want on my phone or my watch.

Delete Apple Watch apps I’ve researched multiple ways to do this and it won’t work on my watch. I need to free up space so my watch will update and work correctly with my phone again. When I press on one to delete it, they start to jiggle but there is no X there so that I can delete it. I’ve tried via the watch app on my phone as well and it won’t work that way either. Help!

How can I delete all apps on my watch except for music and workout ? Those are the only two apps I need and care about I would like to delete all apps on my watch except for the music and workout app. Also it would be nice if I could increase the height of each app by two or three times so that while I’m running I don’t accidentally tap the wrong app
