My Imac 13 1 works perfect until i try to download a pdf Doc from my email, what can be wrong?

I happen to see your previous discussion > imac 13,1 stuck after factory reset
Try Recovery Mode as suggsted on that discussion.
Startup your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys.
From there you should be able to access the built in utilities to verify and repair the disk if necessary using macOS Recovery.
