I can't access to my current phone no.

I forgot my current phone number and I don't access to it. My address changed and my new one is in Azerbaijan. I can't update my apps and can't download new apps. How I can recover my id. Truly, this id is my email and I can't remember my entry informations. This id is used for at least 5 devices and almost I can't download my apps in all of theme again.
