My Apple watch was not connecting to my iPhone, so I went to the app on my phone and unpaired them. Now I can't get the screen on the watch to allow me to pair again with my phone and I can't do anything on the watch because it is locked. Any ideas?

Thanks, but unfortunately my iPhone doesn't recognize the Apple Watch since I unpaired it, so I can't get to any settings screens.
