i purchased from a seller its a 4 touch and i hope this isn't a ongoing issue and a reason he sold it because I'm really not trying to deal with that. i need to know a way (anything other way than iTunes ands general then settings} i am realizing that now this might be why he was selling it and I'm he was just upgrading
