Adding in older-dated podcasts to iTunes feed

My iTunes feed is working, but I've since gone back and added audio podcast files to older-dated blogs. I refreshed the feed but it's not picking up the new files... any idea why? I'm using the Bluberry PowerPress in WordPress. Thank you.

'Floortime as a Family Approach' is in the feed in just the same way as the other episodes.

(I had to put this in as an image because the forum woldn't accept it as text for some reason.)

iTunes did not put it there: the method you use for creating your podcast did, and I have no idea how that would happen if you didn't do it. The same applies to the podcast above it in the list.

There is no episode in the feed called 'Sensory Lifestyle', so if it's in the original blog you haven't done something that you did with the other episodes in order to get it into the feed - 'Publish to itunes' perhaps, or something like that?

Hello,

I found a new problem. In this blog post I have a link to 3 audio files (podcast part 1, 2, and 3) and put them all in the "enclosures" but it's only picking up part 1 in iTunes. Any ideas? Thank you. http://affectautism.com/2016/04/12/using-self-reflection-as-a-tool-in-floortime/ in the iTunes podcast: https://itunes.apple.com/ca/podcast/affect-autism/id1348823293

There are 26 episodes in the Store and when subscribing, the earliest from 22 October 2015. There is one more episodes in the feed, the second from the top, entitled 'Maude Le Roux's new Functional Developmental Autism Assessment Protocol' - this has no 'enclosure' tag containing the URL of a playable media file, and so iTunes does not display it. Otherwise the Store and iTunes display exactly what's in the feed.

Incidentally I had a quick look at the Blog section of your related web page - presumably that's where you are sourcing the podcast from - and I note that some of the entries are 'Video blogs' - the one I checked went to a YouTube video. You can't use these in a podcast, so episodes containing these are unlikely to make it into the feed in the first place. Some of these looked quite recent, so I don't know whether this is relevant to what you feel is missing.

1) Yes for the 'Maude Le Roux's new Functional Developmental Autism Assessment Protocol' I took down the video podcast and put it on YouTube instead and added an audio podcast but iTunes hasn't picked that up after the refresh (yet).

2) I added an audio podcast to an early blog from 2015 'It's All About Affect' that hasn't been picked up either...

3) And this week's current blog post has an audio podcast that hasn't been picked up yet either 'Sensory Lifestyle'.

4) It *did* pick up the podcasts that were only links in a few of my blogs to another person's podcast though: 'Floortime as a Family Approach' and 'The nuts and bolts of the Floortime...' so I took those direct mp3 links OUT of my blog and iTunes STILL shows them in there... why?

Thank you!

Thank you for the suggestions. As I mentioned, I have no idea what I'm doing, but I just went into all the WordPress posts and deleted the "enclosure" for the podcasts that aren't mine, and it seems to have worked... I then added an enclosure with the m4a audio file for the latest blog post (that includes a podcast) and it seems to have worked now too... so I guess it is all about what is in the enclosure... *fingers crossed*

The episodes in the iTunes Store and when subscribing match what's in the feed, the latest three episodes being Floortime Follow-up, Sensory Lifestyle with Virginia Spielmann, and Avoiding the blame in Floortime. Whe web page you linked to has three episodes but these have not made it into the feed (including the Feedburner version linked to on that page). There is presumably something you did with the older episodes but have failed to do with these to add them to the feed.

Thank you for your prompt response. I know, but I can't figure out what. I determined that iTunes is picking up the file when I have it in the enclosures section of Wordpress but this is the only blog where there are multiple audio files in the enclosures. I guess the go-around is to join all the audio files and put the one larger file in the enclosure.
