Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If you need to talk to them, ask them if they will do a Skype or FaceTime with you.

Good catch, Eric. Seems password was too strong (including special symbols). But I still get 400 error and response body is

Found this thread - Unable to create a new Apple ID . I'll try workaround
If you read the top error message, it states there is an unexpected semi-colon at character position 14. Have you tried again in case you made a typo?
