iMessage not allowing me to type

I’m in a group iMessage which I left and was added back in, it allows me to type and then the text box goes and I still receive texts and it doesn’t allow me to leave it do anything apart from remove someone from the chat.

When I remove people it works again for an hour or so and does it again, same if someone removes me

I have restarted my phone and turn iMessage on and off

Can’t seem to root the issue or find a solution

No Text Box in iPhone Group Chat - unable to reply Hello everyone, I'm having an issue with a group chat on my iPhone. The bar where you type your messages is missing. I can see new messages coming in but I cannot reply from my phone. However I can reply in the same thread using the Messages app on my MacBook. The other members of the group chat are all using iPhones and it seems to be only me having this issue, and only with this specific group chat. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? My phone and computer are both up to date on software. I've tried restarting the phone, quitting the app on my phone, turning iMessage on and off, checking the send + receive settings, but nothing has worked so far. Any help would be much appreciated.

iPhone 13 iMessage Issue I updated my 13 to iOS 15.6 and the next day I couldn’t iMessage anyone but my wife. I couldn’t respond in group messages and could only text individuals. When I got home from work the issue seemed to be resolved, but the next day I could only iMessage in group chats and could only text individuals. I’ve tried turning imessage on and off and then restarting my phone, if tried messing with how I want to send and receive iMessages. Nothing seems to work.

iMessage group, can’t reply I have an iMessage group with four other iPhone users that I receive messages in, but am unable to reply. There is no keyboard for this group only. These four are also in other groups that have additional users, sometimes just iPhones or sometimes also with Androids. All other groups I can reply. When I long press on a message in the group I can hit “Reply” but a keyboard never appears. iPhone 12 Pro iOS 14.2.1
