Why does Apple have no security?

Some knob just came on here and told me my phone is not hacked. It's more hacked than Paris Hilton's phone. I have had my online banking hacked FOUR times with four different cards. An Optus lady witnessed my password changing over and over and over again. Apple does nothing but make the recovery process as unneccessarily long and senseless and full of circles as possible. If anyone knows how to change an Apple I.D. without constantly being asked about my old one (this one) by Apple all to verify what is SUPPOSED to be a fresh new Apple I.D. then I would really love to know.

iPhones are extremely secure. The fact that your bank account may have been hacked does not mean your phone has been hacked. Unless your phone has been jailbroken, the likelihood that it has been hacked is infinitesimally small. Could your Apple ID have been compromised? Yes. But, again, that doesn't mean your phone has been hacked.
