Implement Multiple Default Alerts

Currently it is only possible to set up 1 default alert for calendars. It would be incredibly useful to be able to set up to 3 default alerts, and if you look around on these forums and others there are lots of people looking for this feature

I know you can specify your default calendar, but is there anyway to set up a default alert so that every time I create a calendar event it has the Alert turned on and set to a certain time interval (15 mins before, 30 mins before, etc)?

Add alerts to Calendar subscriptions Is there any way to add default alerts to calendar subscriptions? I'm subscribed to a calendar (football) that doesn't have any reminder/alert and even if I set and alarm on some of the events, when they update the information of the calendar, it clears the reminder. In Google Calendar you can add default alerts even to calendar subscriptions, is it possible to do it in iCloud/iOS? Thanks

Alerts on iPhone and iPad I would like to find out how to set up alerts for my calendars on my iPhone and iPad. I have a general idea about how to do this, but for some of the events I would like to set up a default time for the alerts (e.g., 1 day before). I would like to avoid going to each event individually to do this, as it involves calendar events I would like to display ahead of time. I synchronize my e-mail (AT&T Mail/Yahoo!) calendar with my iPhone and iPad. Usually when I add an event on the calendar, it appears on my devices. I am now trying to have these events appear as an alert on the iPhone and iPad. I would appreciate any advice anyone can give me regarding this issue.
