I recently bough an iPhone X and followed the instructions to fully charge the device before using it the first time. But my iPhone X is taking longer than usual to fully charge till 100%, on an average of 3+ hrs after using it for 10 days. Is this a normal time taken for the iPhone X or should I contact my reseller on this issue? How are the other iPhone X getting fared on the battery charges.

Charge time will depend on how low the battery is when you set it to charge.
However 3 hours is not abnormal for a full charge if it has a very low charge. i.e less than 10%.
Generally 2 or 3 hours for a full charge is correct.

Power source matters of course. Something that can provide the maximum charging current can roughly halve the time it takes to charge up to maybe 80%, but at that point it will slow down to about the same rate regardless of the power source.
Asking the same question multiple times is not going to get you a different answer.
