Is it necessary to fully charge my iphone 11pro once in a month to 100% instead of remove charging at 80%?

There is no need to remove it at 80%. Charge at anytime, for any amount of time.

The best practice is to charge your phone when you are not using it and it is not required for you to charge it to 100% once a month. Just use it normally but when it comes to charging it, the best is not to use it.
