when i try and play music from my phone it doesn’t

when i try and play music from my phone it doesn’t let me it just keeps pausing and it won’t play even out of headphones or anythin what do i do??

Apple Music keeps pausing/skipping on its own Help! My iPhone X’s Apple Music keep on pausing and skipping songs without me even touching the phone. I have tried the following and nothing is helping! Deinstalled music app and reinstalled again synced my music again/signed in and out of itunes. force start my phone several times reset network settings/all other settings as well. this is getting very frustrating and I do not know what else to do. 😭 The software of my phone is also updated.
