find out how many total pages in a folder

Hi!

Im trying to find a way to get a total page count for folders. I have files that are billed by page count, these files contain PDF and word documents. Currently I am going into each file to get the page count and adding up, how can I find this information?

item count in folder I am new to OS 10.14. In the past OS I used I could see the number of items contained in a folder listed at the bottom of the window. This was very useful to me. With OS10.14 I can't figure out how to see that information. Can anyone help me?

How to see a folder size How do I set up Finder to show folder sizes?I want to figure out how big my documents section is AND it must be by seeing the size of the folders.I would like to avoid having to open each and every successive folder to the point of content and then add up the sizes by hand. That is why I have a computer.Right now the only way to see how much stuff is in a folder (Thus the folder has size if there is stuff in it.) is to open and see the size of each item. Frustrated.
