Hello Jacqueline,

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems you are experiencing issues with the Mail app on your iPhone being blank, but you don't have this issue on your computer or iPad. If you haven't already, please force close the Mail app on your iPhone and restart your device as iOS clears cached data and does other system optimizations when you turn your device off and on. Then test the Mail app again.

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're still having this issue, your next step is to remove the Mail app from your iPhone and reinstall it. To remove the app, follow the steps below:

Remove a built-in app from your Home screen

  1. On your iOS device, touch and hold the app lightly until it jiggles. If the app doesn't jiggle, make sure that you're not pressing too hard.
  2. Tap User uploaded file on the app, then tap Remove.
  3. Press the Home button to finish.

Once you're done, use these steps to reinstall Mail on your device:

Restore a built-in app that you removed

  1. On your iOS device, go to the App Store.
  2. Search for the app. Make sure that you use the exact name of the app. Find the correct name of built-in apps.
  3. Tap User uploaded file to restore the app.
  4. Wait for the app to restore, then open it from your Home screen.
