Message "waiting for partitions to activate" stuck

Hello,

I bought the Kingston A400 480GB SSD to change for the HDD on my MacBook Pro 13 mid 2012.

I created a bootable installer for macOS however, when I go to the Disk Utility to erase the SSD and format it gets stuck with the following message "Waiting for partitions to activate"

Any idea how to fix it?

I Can't Reinstall MacOS or Access Internal Disk, APPLE SSD AP0512R Media I recently erased my 2021 Macbook pro and after rebooting it into internet recovery, so I could reinstall the macOS. It's showing there is no disk or destination to install it to. I went into the Into disk utility under 'internal', I only have 'APPLE SSD AP0512R Media'. I can't partition it and first aid says there is no issue with the disk. Below are a few screenshots of the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!.

Macbook Pro installing High Sierra disk utility shows incorrect disk size Hello, I am trying to reinstall High Sierra on a Macbook Pro 2010 to an SSD but when I boot from a USB stick and open the disk utility it says the SSD is only 2.01GB. in size, I tried 3 different SSDs, 64GB, 256GB and 1TB and they all show the SSD size as 2.01GB. I used Paragon Partition Manager to format the drives for Apple HFS and the disks are set to GPT. I also tried Transmac to format the SSDs to HFS but every time I boot from USB and try to reinstall the OS it shows the SSD size of 2.01GB. The computer was working fine on the original 500GB HD and was at one time running from an SSD. How can I fix this? Thanks

Erasing "APPLE SSD APO256Q Media" (disk0) and creating Couldn't open device : (-69877) I tried to erase and reinstall OS in recovery and mistakenly deleted Macintosh HD. Now what I have in internal is APPLE SSD APO256Q media in disk utility and I can't see any disk to install macOS Monterey into while trying to reinstall OS. Also I can't erase/format/(rename(to Macintosh HD) the APPLE SSD using recovery via disk utility. Barely started using this MacBook pro so losing data isn't a thing for me. Any help will do pleaseee
