Family Sharing Crisis --

Hi. I have the *** appleID and my wife

has ***; we have a family sharing ID of

*** w/ password (formerly)

"***" ... it was easy to remember.

Unfortunately, my wife changed the password for the family sharing

ID, where I believe she meant to change the password for her own

AppleID ... but she didn't write it down, and now she can't remember

what she changed it to. Multiple failed attempts probably triggered

a lock-down, of sorts.

When she changed the Family Sharing password, my iPhone stopped

being a trusted device ... and I subsequently lost access to our shared

PhotoStream and all my Contact Information was lost :^( Oops.

Mine is the password recovery email address for the Family Sharing

AppleID, but when I try to begin the recovery process, it claims that

**** doesn't exist, and when I try to recreate

an AppleID of that name, it says that email address isn't available

as an Apple ID. (?!) I'm not sure how to proceed.

Joni *** is reachable at ****

and Bill *** is reachable at ****, both are iPhones. (Duh)

The easiest solution, probably, is simply to revert the Family Sharing ID

password back to the Steve Jobs memorial password ... since that means

not having to reset the iCloud settings in both of our iPhones, my

MacBooks (2), her MacBook Air and our AppleTV. (Yuck).

I'm truly sorry for this bother :^(

'Little help?
