I keep getting sent to the wrong store after finding the app I want to purchase

I am trying to make a purchase and the app store keeps telling me I cannot purchase in the US store, change stores. I do so, find the app I want to purchase (again) download it again after having deleted it, open it and try to make an in-app purchase (basically buying the app) and it tells me I need to change stores... An incessant loop of error. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Then i tried to download the application again and it didn’t work. Then i tried to download other random applications from my country which is turkey it said that you have to be in turkish store to download. Then i tried to change my store manually but it said you have to spend your money in your account first. What the hell? Now i can’t download anything from appstore. I am like lost in space. I cant download any apps because it says I am in the German store, but I’ve never recently been to Seitzerland. when I sign in to change the store it says i am in the US and i cant change the store until i spend the credit. please help! App Store Account issue I am having trouble using my App Store. Every time I try to download an App or update apps, it says I can’t access them from the US store and must switch to the South African store. I am however registered with the South African store and it shows as such on my settings, so I have no idea what to do or why it’s suddenly giving this issue
