Updated iPhone 7 - phone app not working

I updated my iPhone to ios 11 (now on the latest version.) Its been acting up ever since. Currently the phone app just shows a white screen and then after about 10 seconds it crashes. My messages also freeze constantly. I can see my messages and access them but when I try to create a new message the app freezes. Siri isn’t working either and when I go into settings to turn it off I can’t open Siri. It freezes when I click “Siri and search.” Yes, I’ve tried a hard reset And swiping out of all apps. Tried resetting network settings. Getting ready to back up, wile the phone, and restore. Any ideas?
