App icon glitch on iPhone 6S
On some apps when I close them they go fuzzy for a second, or completely disappear, then come back. I don’t know what caused this or what’s wrong. Some apps, like my notes which should be by the calendar, don’t appear til I go into the folder. I’m on iOS 11.2.6
