Can't sign up to BBC iPlayer - it used to work fine but now get error message:

Safari Can’t Open the Page Safari can’t open the page. The error is: “The operation couldn’t be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 303.)” (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork:303).

Ideas? The BBC iPlayer team tell me it's an Apple issue - but just need a fix.

Have iPlayer "improved" their software and created this problem?

Hi Eric - no luck! Don't have DuckDuck Root attached. Didn't know it existed until you suggested it might be the problem. I just have the basic installation that comes with upgrade to High Sierra. I contacted the beeb and they said it was an Apple problem. Thinking back it did work ok with El Capitain, and it still works on my laptop which has topped out at El Capitain. fed-up-ed

Nothing's ever easy!!! The uninstaller (from your link or direct from google search) downloads, apparently ok, but the dmg file won't execute because the error is "“Kaspersky Security Uninstaller” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer." It goes on to say that my security preferences only allow installation of apps only from the app store and identified developers. whatever settings I have are the default settings from the mac and from kaspersky - I'm not that savvy!!! Now frustrated-and-fed-up-ed
