Class MobileAssetUpdater - Apple System Log Message

Hello All,

Does anyone know why the following log message pops up on my Apple System Log (ASL) under System Reports?

This appears precisely every minute, and only when my laptop is not charging.

One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

I have found the two mentioned files under the System/Library/... folders, but not sure what I need to do, or if this is actually normal.
